Just noticed this and itβs heartwarming. The failure of the U.S. has apparently triggered a battalion sized flow of western veterans. Another thousand boots on the battlefield is useful, of course, but two experienced F-16 ground crew, or a lone HIMARS maintainer, will arrive with years of experience, and they can keep systems running for those doing the fighting.
War is a logistics operation that includes field hospital work.
So those specialists in the mix are solid gold β¦
That is amazing and wonderful. I'm so proud. I am a 76 year-old retired army nurse and would love to go over and help, but at my age, I'd probably be more of a hindrance, but again I'm so proud of those who did
