Ivan Raiklin, an angry elf if ever there was one, has been publicly pitching himself as Trump’s Secretary of Retribution. H/T to Igor Sushko for coming up with Raiklin’s short list of people to kill in Trump’s second term.
We have two tasks ahead of us, the first being understanding precisely who this demented dwarf thinks he’s going to be pursuing in 2025, and the second … well … you guys know I’m the sort of person who … has things … and can occasionally get more things.
I have A THING here that belonged to Ivan. I’ve had it for years, during which time I’ve repeatedly shown it to reporters. Now finally the causes and conditions are such that there’s a Signal chat room with some journalists in it, and I think a series of articles are imminent.
So first things first, we’ll look at his enemies list, and I’ll get a detailed article ready for after the reporters get their licks in. And as usual with such things, the FBI will receive a nice neat package, just in case they’re curious about this tiny counter intel problem.
Attention Conservation Notice:
Ivan Raiklin is typical of the small men that swarm around Trump, eager to turn their own grievances into slaughter. That isn’t a comment on his physical stature, it’s an indictment of his character. When I punch, I punch UP. I have no respect for guys like Raiklin, so when they wander into my area of operation, I enjoy schooling them. As I hinted, this is going to have Russians in it sooner or later …
Coming Up Short:
While Raiklin broadcasts about having 350 targets marked for retribution, I de-duplicated the list and only found 347. That means he has room to add both me and Fluff Warrior to his little list, too.
And even better … this is an ask to Elon Musk for DMs from the Twitter accounts used to facilitate the cOnSpIrAcIeZ … could this guy BE a bigger clown? I almost want to publicly gnaw on him with my fella just to be sure he adds me.
Raiklin’s nine imagined crimes are:
Flynn Unmasking
Biden Laptop
2020 election
2016 election
Crossfire Hurricane
Ukraine Whistleblower

January 6th doesn’t have a lot of names, but clearly he’s got a conspiracy theorist interpretation of events.

Analysis:
So basically this is a who’s who of people who 1) are ground in reality and 2) who don’t think Trump ushering in some shitty little theocracy is a good idea. The tie that binds is Trump accountability - investigations and impeachments.
Normally when I get a threat monitoring case, which is what this is, I’d do many of the things I described in Situational Awareness ten months ago. But as this is absolutely a national security problem that the FBI is already tracking, it’s a huge set of names, and nobody is paying me (yet) to watch over them, we’re only gonna go just so deep on this.
Digging into this would be a good exercise for a citizen’s group, it’s a nice chance to practice overwatch. If you can round up half a dozen associates who are curious, standing watch in this area, simply pointing out the provocations as they happen, would be an excellent use of time. I’d get on a fail closed VPN, create a Substack, and just go at it. Oh, and if you do find anything unique, a report to the FBI’s IC3 website will get it routed to the correct agents immediately.
Conclusion:
There are two ways to react to being on a list like this. You can put your tail between your legs and slink away. Discretion often IS the better part of valor, and some of these people have minor children, elderly parents, or are otherwise leading a life where there would be a lot of collateral damage to those around them. But for the ones who are not constrained in that fashion, this is the PERFECT time to rise up and and smash that little shit before anyone else thinks bothering people on Raiklin’s short list is a good idea.
Raiklin’s behavior here is likely criminal. I think the relevant federal statute is likely Title 18 § 2261A Stalking:
Whoever—
(1)travels in interstate or foreign commerce or is present within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or enters or leaves Indian country, with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, and in the course of, or as a result of, such travel or presence engages in conduct that—
(A)places that person in reasonable fear of the death of, or serious bodily injury to—
(i) that person;
(ii) an immediate family member (as defined in section 115) of that person;
(iii) a spouse or intimate partner of that person; or
(iv) the pet, service animal, emotional support animal, or horse of that person; or
(B) causes, attempts to cause, or would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress to a person described in clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of subparagraph (A); or
(2)with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, uses the mail, any interactive computer service or electronic communication service or electronic communication system of interstate commerce, or any other facility of interstate or foreign commerce to engage in a course of conduct that—
(A) places that person in reasonable fear of the death of or serious bodily injury to a person, a pet, a service animal, an emotional support animal, or a horse described in clause (i), (ii), (iii), or (iv) of paragraph (1)(A); or
(B) causes, attempts to cause, or would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress to a person described in clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of paragraph (1)(A),
shall be punished as provided in section 2261(b) or section 2261B, as the case may be.
There’s a lot of sniveling on Twitter, it’s been like that for at least the last fifteen years, and people waving the stalking statute around is nothing new. This statute has typically been used against continuing criminal enterprises when they’re seeking to intimidate witnesses.
And that sounds precisely like what Flynn et. al. are doing, here in the run up to the 2024 election.
