The Crack Babies of Kiwi Farms post has drawn a response, albeit from a somewhat unexpected quarter. Do any of you recall Organic Stupidity, LinkedIn Style, from last December? The subject, John Melcher, who can be viewed at https://www.linkedin[.]com/in/jcmelcher/ if you donโt mind โhimโ knowing you looked, had a grievance the morning after.
Four and a half months after the fact, but no more than 22 hours after the Crack Babies post, his poor sore posterior demanded he make this response. Thereโs just ONE proven solution to this sort of discomfort - a Boudreauxโs variety pack.
Paul Cobaugh, the author of Truth About Threats, whose post was being targeted in Organic Stupidity, LinkedIn Style, has had a lot of trouble being brigaded by trolls. A couple of us are watching, each in our own ways. Now I think we have a clue as to who might be involved, thanks to that angry outburst.
A little secret about my LinkedIn presence - when people around me have posts that draw the ire of Swivel Eyed Trump Loons, I say nothing, but I preemptively block said loons. Paul and some of his close associates have been having trouble in this area since Jeff Stein of SpyTalk published How Russia Is Using LinkedIn as a Tool of War Against Its U.S. Enemies clear back in 2017. Meanwhile, my 2012 vintage account just keeps growing.
Conclusion:
Iโve had some time to look over the last six or eight months of back trail. The particulars of how that is done are best left opaque. One of the crack babies is clearly a known persona and I might be able to actually put a name to the other one.
Well, what did you think I was going to do? Give an ankle biter a kick, so it rises above the noise floor? Fuck that.
The only reason weโre talking about this ineffective, juvenile behavior is that some of you may encounter similar problems in the future. The only skill to develop here is the perceptual acuity to figure out if youโve got an actual current leak, a historical leak getting renewed attention, or someone reading social media timelines and making educated guesses in an effort to get inside your head.
The market rate for bothering someone online like this is $250 - $500, based on things Iโve heard in the past. If that is what is happening, hopefully the funder reads this, realizes itโs never gonna work, and then โฆ weโll get even more Muppetrage from unemployed ankle biters.
