August was already shaping up to be a hard month ...

And now this.

This is likely to turn into a double header - the person I see the most IRL isn’t feeling so hot either. We have a joint project this month that’s been off to a slow start and the cupboard is bare.

I have kept Paxlovid on hand since it became available. Last spring when I took it I went through about two weeks where my vision declined precipitously. I was OK going out and about but detail work, like sitting at my computer and reading/writing was impossible.

So that’s the nature of the problem. We’re both vaccinated, both have access to Paxlovid, and there will be a cash infusion on the 15th. But for the next four days we could each use a good sized DoorDash order to carry us through the isolation period.

If you’ve got some spare coin now would be the time … and even small amounts add up.
